How do I get my JHED ID and set up my student account?
Go to ISIS. Click on the sign in link, then the first time login link. Look up your name in the system and locate your JHED ID. Use your JHED ID to set up your password and ISIS account.
What is ISIS?
Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) is Johns Hopkins' first university-wide, web-based student information system. In addition to Financial Aid and Billing features, ISIS for Students incorporates additional features and benefits. Students have the ability to select courses in a shopping cart to allow for better planning and easy registration, update and maintain address, telephone numbers and email addresses, review enrollment and grade information by semester, and, quick access to contact information for the offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, Billing and Registrar across the institution.

How do I get to Dorsey Student Services Center? Is there parking available?

From I-95 North or South:
Exit I-95 towards Route 100 east. Exit Route 100 towards Route 1 South. On Route 1, move to inside lane. At first light, turn left onto Dorsey Road (Route 103). After about 1/3 mile on Dorsey Road, turn left onto Douglas Legum Drive. Once on Douglas Legum Drive, the JHU/Dorsey Center is on the first floor on the 5-story white building with blue windows.
From I-295 (Baltimore Washington Parkway) North or South:
Exit I-295 towards Route 100 West. Exit Route 100 using the Coca-Cola Drive exit. Turn left onto Coca-Cola Drive towards Dorsey Road. At the end of Coca-Cola Drive, turn right onto Dorsey Road. After about 1 mile on Dorsey Road, turn right onto Douglas Legum Drive. Once on Douglas Legum Drive, the JHU/Dorsey Center is on the first floor of the 5-story white building with blue windows.
What is a program plan? Do I need one? How do I create one?
A Program Plan is a structured, organized plan for completing courses specific to a particular degree that must be approved by your advisor. Links to Program Plans listed by program can be found on the Program Plan page.
I am a student with a disability. Where can I learn about disability services offered?
Johns Hopkins University is committed to making all academic programs, support services and facilities accessible to qualified individuals. Students with disabilities who require reasonable accommodations should contact the disability services coordinator, at 410.516.2300 or at pdwived1@jhu.edu. In order to receive accommodations, it is important to provide to the university a comprehensive evaluation of a specific disability from a qualified diagnostician that identifies the type of disability, describes the current level of functioning in an academic setting and lists recommended accommodations. All documentation will be reviewed and reasonable accommodations will be provided based on the student's needs. Students are required to contact the Engineering for Professionals office at least six weeks prior to the beginning of each semester to ensure that services will be available.
What is a J-Card?
A University identification cards, mailed to the home address of every registered student, acts as the university library card allowing students to check out books from the Homewood Eisenhower Library, other campus center libraries, and provides access to many computer laboratories. To replace a lost or stolen JCard, contact the JCard Office at 410.516.5121.
Where can I get my instructor's email address?
You can find contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, for your instructor on their individual Course Homepage. EP maintains a list of Course Homepages arranged by program.
