APL Wireless network is limited to those with a "Unix" account. Wireless access for APL may be obtained by using this form http://www.apl.jhu.edu/Misc/Acct_Form/unix_acct_form.html.
To create a course homepage for each course that you teach, please access the faculty intranet at http://www.epp.jhu.edu/faculty, select the "Faculty Intranet" link, and log-in using your JHED ID and password. Once you have logged-in to the faculty intranet, detailed instructions on how to create a course homepage are available by clicking on the link titled, "Create a New Course Homepage." . The information contained in your course homepage will be very similar to that of your syllabus. In fact, the New Course Homepages Tool can even help you construct your syllabus. For technical assistance or problems with your Course Homepage contact the EP Webmaster at web@ep.jhu.edu.For assistance with completing your homepage's content (e.g., course objectives, student requirements, etc.), please contact training@ep.jhu.edu.
In order to obtain server space for a course website instructors must request an account on the http://apl.jhu.edu server, create their course website using the HTML editor of their choice, and the upload the files to the account using FTP. Server access is overseen by Gary Gafke (gary.gafke@jhuapl.edu). Instructors must request an account on http://apl.jhu.edu in order to publish Course Websites, and may do so using this form http://www.apl.jhu.edu/Misc/Acct_Form/unix_acct_form.html.
