Personal Bio

Katie Wheaton is an instructor with the EP program at Johns Hopkins University since 2015.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University.  She worked as a structural engineer designing steel and concrete buildings for Thornton-Tomasetti-Cutts in Washington, D.C. and Osborn Engineering in Cleveland, Ohio.  She has also taught in the Civil Engineering Department at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
