Weymouth is a visionary, highly accomplished Senior Executive recognized for 25+ years of broad-based organizational change management, portfolio management, transformation management, and leadership consulting experience spanning multiple industries & verticals.

She serves as the President & CEO of People Whisperer Solutions, based in the San Antonio, TX area, where she delivers locally, nationally and globally. She delivers effective and successful services that change, transform, and fuel growth at small, mid-size, and large-scale enterprises with special focus on serving women, Hispanic, and minority-owned businesses. Her efforts aim to empower executives to take a deep dive into their organization’s culture and sub-cultures through discovery, active listening, and observations which surface critical gaps and address opportunities for change at the systemic level.

Throughout her work history, she has served as the VP, Enterprise Business Planning, Portfolio & Program Management Office, Change Management Office, Transformation Management Office at CPS Energy as well as the Global Principal Consultant for Black & Veatch. In addition, she serves as the Co-Founder of iEmpower, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring women to be empowered and engaged at work as well as to foster a culture of community.
