SIS
Using your JHED password, faculty have access to advisees, students enrolled in their courses, and to other records authorized by the respective Registrars in each Division. Faculty will be able to access the registration system, course rosters, grade reporting, and other functions through web self-service. Go to SIS login page.

Obtain your JHU ID/J–Card
Online Students
All part-time students are eligible for a J-Card, which is the official Johns Hopkins University identification card. Features of the card include access to the Homewood Library, parking lot, and Recreation Center. Non-photo IDs can be mailed to the home address by completing the J-Card request form.
J-Cards sent through the mail will have your chosen name at time of printing. If you have not updated your chosen name, your legal name will be on your card by default. If you do not have a photo on file, your J-Card will be printed without a one. You will need to swipe the card on door readers on campus. If you would like a J-Card with a chip in the card to tap on readers, you are welcome to stop by the J-Card Office on the Homewood Campus in Baltimore—located in Levering Hall 04B (South Wing). The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Closed for lunch 1–2 p.m. daily. The office is closed on Fridays for the summer.

All faculty and staff (full-time, part-time, and casual) are eligible to receive a J-Card, which serves as the official University identification card. OneDrive
OneDrive is a web-based utility intended to provide students with a personal, easy-to-use interface to upload, download, and share files to users both inside and outside of the institution.
Benefits
Counseling for Instructors (FASAP)—Everyone, on occasion, is challenged by personal problems and issues. These may include family or relationship issues, work-related problems, the death of someone close, concerns about drugs or alcohol, stress, depression, or an array of other personal challenges. The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FASAP) is the employee assistance program of the Johns Hopkins University and provides private and confidential services.
