WORK EXPERIENCE

1978-2009  – DoD and Northrop Grumman (Senior Research Electrical Engineer) Led in-house efforts in the modeling of communication, Developed  algorithms in geolocation and propagation. Designed prototype models to evaluate communication channel performance, Served as a Technical Advisor on wireless communication research programs.

1974-1978  – USDA – REA (Senior Electrical Engineer) Conducted transmission line studies on transmission line electrostatic effects, Developed mathematical models on the stability performance of systems, Served as the Technical Director for system research, Designed mathematical models to minimize electromagnetic induction.

1967-1974 – Harry Diamond Laboratories – Army (Senior Electrical Engineer)      Designed digital and analog circuits for radar sensor applications, Laboratory evaluated proximity radar sensor circuits, Lead Designer of the Maverick (SAM-D) pulsed Doppler radar sensor, Developed a unique synthesis technique for wide bandwidth oscillators using nonlinear devices.

1964-1967 – United States Air Force-AFSC (Captain/Project Engineer) Evaluated directional antenna systems for proximity radar fuzes, Directed research on steerable optical antenna array technology, Served as the Technical Advisor on several USAF Sensor Committee
