Planning Tools
Our degree audit tool is a great way to confirm that you are taking the courses you need to graduate with the degree you want.
Our degree audit tool helps students plan their course schedules so that they can efficiently meet all the requirements for their program at Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals.
Students complete degree audits electronically through SIS. We recommend that students run an audit when they register for courses to ensure that the selected courses will apply toward their degree.
How to Use Degree Audit
As you register each term, please use the degree audit tool to review your course selections. Your selections will be placed in areas that fulfill degree requirements. If your course is not placed in an area that fulfills requirements, it is likely the course will not be considered for degree completion. In this case, you should notify your advisor or choose an alternate course.
If you would like to review and/or revise your degree audit at any time, you can do so by returning to SIS. If you cannot log in to SIS, please review the JHED Instructional Guide.
To obtain a waiver for a required course, please email your advisor directly.
The Course Evaluations database lets you review the results of anonymous student course evaluations. You can search for results by course name and number, instructor name, program, the term in which the course was offered, and format.
Review the schedule planning information for your program of study. Here, you can review the semesters in which individual courses are expected to be offered, helping you more effectively plan your course load each term.
Choose your program from the list to review courses. Please log in to SIS when you are ready to register for your courses next term.
