Mr. Dastouri is a Federal 100 and Cyber Defender award winner. He is an experienced leader in Cybersecurity,
currently in the role of Chief Information Security Officer, with deep expertise in Identity, Credential, and Access
Management (ICAM). Mr. Dastouri has managed multi-million budgets and led teams of federal employees and
large contract staff. As a leader, Mr. Dastouri has aligned cybersecurity with organizational goals including CIO,
COO, and Commissioner level briefings. Mr. Dastouri has transformed cybersecurity teams into agile organizations
to support rapid development teams in meeting mission needs. Mr. Dastouri has built a vision for cybersecurity
through the creation of strategic multi-year roadmaps and tactical 90-day quarterly plans aligned to the roadmap
for execution. Mr. Dastouri has successfully led organization wide teams to develop Zero Trust Architecture,
roadmap, and implement the roadmap to achieve an Advanced maturity level. Mr. Dastouri’s organization has
received level 5 optimized OIG audit ratings for its cybersecurity program.
As an implementer, Mr. Dastouri has led cross functional teams and served all roles on a project team including
Agile Project Management, Technical Architect, Engineer, Developer, and Business Analyst, making him a well
rounded and experienced implementer. By combining technical and business skills, Mr. Dastouri has led enterprise
implementations, aligning systems, processes, and data to provide services for large, distributed organizations.
Mr. Dastouri has a Masters in Cybersecurity, a Masters in Business Administration, and holds a CISSP certification.
