EP Student Orientation Course

After you register for your first course at Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals, you will be automatically enrolled in the EP Student Orientation course. Access to your first EP course in Canvas is required to complete this orientation.

You will be able to log in to Canvas and access the EP Student Orientation course within 24 hours of registering. To gain access to your EP course sites, you must pass the “Academic Ethics Assessment” included in the orientation.

There is no cost for the EP Student Orientation course, and it does not count toward your program requirements. If you do not pass the assessment on your first attempt, you may retake it until you achieve a passing score.

Academic Regulations

Please review the academic regulations in detail and be sure to contact your program coordinator if you have any questions. These regulations include important information and protocols regarding transferring courses, computer usage, grades, leaves of absence, and other items.

Keep in mind that your program coordinator and your advisor are available to help you along the way.
