Personal Bio

Ron Farris was employed at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from 1973 – 2014. He is now retired from APL and is a member of the principal professional staff. Farris received an MS in physics from the University of Illinois, a BS in physics from Purdue University, and A post-master’s certificate in applied physics from Johns Hopkins.  He has taught in the applied and computational mathematics program since 2000.
