Mr. Joseph Lubic
Mr. Joseph (Joe) Lubic is a principal military operations analyst in industry serving as both a project and program manager. Mr. Lubic began instructing in 1992 while on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the field of aviation, including Aviation Safety Program Management, as an adjunct instructor for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Lubic began teaching in the Engineering for Professionals Program at the Johns Hopkins University in January 2018.
Mr. Lubic retired from the US Air Force in 2003 after a career in aviation. He served in a variety of staff and operational assignments including instructing and evaluating other professional aviators. Following military retirement, Mr. Lubic continued his service as a civilian employee with the Department of the Air Force. As a program manager, he organized and led the staff-level implementation of Air Combat Command’s first three Total Force fighter unit integrations and the first Total Force bomber unit integration.
Mr. Lubic earned certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2015.
Mr. Lubic earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
