Personal Bio

Cleon Davis is a member of the Senior Professional Staff at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Florida A&M University in 1995 and 2000, respectively. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 and 2007, respectively.
