BRUCE W. SCHNEIDER is a Principal Professional Staff member of the Strike Systems Analysis Group at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL). He earned a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University as well as a Masters of Public Administration degree from Auburn University. He also holds a graduate certificate in Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. He is a former US Navy commanding officer with 22 years of experience, and 3000 flying hours in the EA-6B Prowler carrier-based aircraft. Mr. Schneider is certified by the Object Management Group as a System Modeler-Intermediate level (SysML). He is the past chairman of the Power Projection and Strike Warfare working group for the Military Operations Research Society and has also served on the INCOSE Object-Oriented Systems Engineering working group.
