Dr. Baker was a Postdoctoral Fellow from 2010-2012 at Johns Hopkins University in the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering. Dr. Baker was the Stream Restoration Program Manager for the National Center for Earth-surface Dynamics (NCED) at the University of Minnesota. He currently is a full time instructor at Colorado State University in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. His current research focuses on providing a stronger scientific foundation for the restoration of streams and rivers, including the investigation of the relationships among hydrologic, geomorphic, and biochemical components of stream ecosystems.
