Dr. Naghash has over 35 years of industry and research experience in applied hydraulics and applied fluid mechanics with respect to water conveyance systems. He holds Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and M.S.E degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has taught Applied Hydraulics and Calculus at Georgia Institute of Technology.
